Retail-Artist Vendor Application

Applications for retail-artist vendors are now closed. To complete payment for your application, please use the payment option below.

Companies that are for-profit, publicly traded, and/or have multiple offices of locations on a regional or national basis are required to participate at the sponsor level. Depending on involvement, this level includes on-site promotion, media, benefits, preferred booth placement and entrance banners. Please contact Hyde Park Summer Fest at info@hydeparksummerfest.com with questions, inquiries, or comments.

Please pay the the outstanding amount for your application using the PayPal button below or the link in your application.

Enter your business name or reference and the amount in the fields below, and then choose your preferred payment method. Do not select Pay Later as your payment option. PayPal and Credit or Debit Card only.

Selected vendors will be notified of their acceptance no later than April 15, 2023 along with a link to pay the remainder of their application fee. Final payments are due no later than May 1, 2023. Selected vendors who do not pay by the May 1, 2023 deadline will forfeit their deposit.

If you are not selected to be a vendor, your 25% deposit fee will be refunded.

Applications are subject to approval by the Hyde Park Summer Fest committee. Submission of application does not guarantee vendor status at the Hyde Park Summer Fest.
